  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically reach you within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Note: You will receive another notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. Shipment Tracking

When your order ships, we will send you an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier partner's portal.

4. Damages & Lost Packages

Hopiko is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
